Who and Why?

Home-Ready is a group of like-minded property professionals made up of independent solicitors, estate agents and conveyancers. The structure of the group allows members to work completely independently from each other and from any outside vested interests, while at the same time sharing common values, economies of scale and a commitment to completing matters quickly and smoothly.

One reason for our formation was that we wished to be able to offer our existing and future clients access to good quality, sensibly priced HIPs that would be quickly available, to prevent any delays in marketing. We have used our group’s purchasing power to negotiate extremely competitive prices with two of the biggest and most respected pack providers. Quality and speed in producing HIPs for the lowest possible price have been achieved for our clients.

We are uniquely placed to help our clients move rapidly from offer to completion. If you are buying or selling in Somerset, there is a good chance that the person selling to, or buying from, you will also be represented by one of our members.
